Workshops

Our products and services shine a different light on the topic of effective training. With our one-day and two-day workshops, we meet the growing interest in the subject. These workshops provide a clear insight into the factors that determine the effect of training in your organisation. Interactive in character, they make possible an optimal translation into daily practice as well as enable you to get more from your training and/or HRM policy.
Participants are involved in developing HRM policy and/or its implementation. For interested individuals we organise open entry workshops (in-company workshops at request):

• Training focused on organisationeel development
• Employees and change: creating a succesful combination
• Implementing a staff planning system

There is a maximum of ten participants per workshop
