HRM-Policy Frame
The HRM-Policy Framework leads to a balanced, well-executed and effective HRM policy.
The HRM-Policy Framework answers questions such as:
- In which way can we align our HRM policy with the goals and the strategy of our organization?
- How can we co-ordinate the various HR activities in order for these activities to reinforce one another.
The Policy Framework offers an effective HRM policy by means of which HRM’s contribution to the organization as a whole will be clear. The HRM-Policy Framework covers HR activities such as recruitment, training, employee commitment, appraisal and compensation, among others.
