The HRM-Monitor offers a framework to optimize your training policy. Applying the HRM-Monitor you direct your training policy towards maximum effectiveness. The tool is integrated in your policy, leading to its optimisation.
The HRM-Monitor creates new possibilities for your training policy. Your training policy is guided by the Monitor’s critical factors which determine the effectiveness of the training expenditures.
