Measuring and controlling the effectiveness of training and other HRM activities are our priorities. Our innovative products and services enable you to demonstrate clearly the added value of HRM in your organisation.

Our latest product is the HRM-Training Effect Measurement: a practical instrument with which the effectiveness of all facets of training can be measured beforehand. The HRM-Training Effect Measurement provides an thorough analysis and is applicable to 100+ organisations.
Our mission is to control and enhance effectiveness. We are your partners in maximising effectiveness and efficiency of HRM.
Approximately 50 % (!) of training budgets in the Netherlands are spent ineffectively. We connect your training policy to your organisation's goals, making budgets spent on ineffective training a thing of the past.
